Shipping Information

We ship all our prints and products via FedEx. Shipping prices will vary by product size and weight. Most of our larger fine art prints will ship in tubes unless custom framing is ordered. Please see each item at checkout for specific shipping rates based on size, quantity of items, and weight of your purchase.

Continental U.S. Rates:

Ground — $25 flat rate plus $10 per additional fine art print
If you need expedited shipping or shipment outside Continental U.S., please email us for help.

Shipment timing

Please allow 14 - 21 days to receive your print from the day you purchase. If you need it sooner, please email us for help.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All Amanda Sudimack prints and products are final sale, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All Amanda Sudimack prints and products purchased through 3rd party vendors are non-exchangeable and non-returnable through our site. Please refer to the 3rd party vendor’s terms and conditions for any issues with your order.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at amanda@amandasudimack.com within five (5) days of delivery receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Exchange Shipping
To return your product, you should email us at amanda@amandasudimack.com for shipping information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
